Just had the best experience! Eli made my day when I walked in with my 2 uncut key fobs for my 2011 Chevy Cruze. The dealer wanted to charge me 170 for each key and this amazing Ace Hardware cut it for free. I even had Eli walk me to my car and quickly programmed them for me! Last weekend I stopped by to purchase a new Stihl gas blower and trimmer. They had both in stock and I was ready to buy. I asked for some help and was told that the only guy that could answer my questions or check the equipment before I left was the Store Manager. After waiting 30 plus minutes for help, I finally left. Apparently, he was in the parking lot helping someone program their car for whatever reason. Knowing that, I drove to the Ace Hardware in Crabapple and purchased both. They were very helpful and seemed to care. So glad my $1500 purchase went to their business instead. I will not return to this Ace ever again!

Third Ace I went to looking for parts for my Weber grill. The people here took the time to really look and figure out if they had what I needed. The other two locations kinda pushed me off and said to call Weber. Hmmm. Ends up, they had what I needed, and I bought the parts. This location is now my go to hardware store.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to find all the fittings that I needed for my pressure washer. Thanks so much.
